wholesale Policies & Procedures

Minimums & Pricing

  • Bars are sold in case packs of 15 bars (unless noted otherwise).

  • The wholesale price of the Whiskey bar is $12.00 or $180 for a case pack of 15 bars. The MSRP of the Whiskey bar is $18.

  • The wholesale price of the other bars is $10.50 or $157.50 for a case pack of 15 bars. The MSRP of each bar is $16.

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping cost is calculated by UPS based on the weight and distance. This amount will be reflected in the itemized invoice that is sent to you on the day your package is delivered.

  • We are happy to make shipments using your company UPS or FedEx account number.

Estimated Production or Lead Time

  • Most items will ship on the Monday or Tuesday of each week to avoid having shipments sit over the weekend.

  • For orders placed during the months of September to January, please allow two weeks for delivery.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payment via credit card on square, checks made payable to “Bar of Chocolates, LLC”, or ACH.

  • Payment terms are net 30 and any late payments are subject to a 10% late fee per week late.
